I confirm that I am commissioning Strasshofer GmbH's customer service department to inspect, adjust, commission, and/or repair the products described above. I acknowledge that this service is subject to a charge unless covered by a statutory warranty or manufacturer's guarantee. Billing will be based on the prices valid at the time of confirmation of the customer service call. On the date of the service call, the client must ensure access to the property and the system must be ready for operation, filled with heating water, and at operating temperature. Delays and waiting times for which we are not responsible will be charged additionally.
