Employee (m/f/d) for product maintenance & order processing
We are currently seeking a conscientious employee (m/f/d) for product maintenance and order processing, to start immediately or by agreement. In this position, you will support the ongoing maintenance of our product data, assist with internal processes, and ensure the smooth processing of customer orders.
Your responsibilities
- Maintaining our product data, such as photos, descriptions, and product features, as well as structured filing
- Recording and documenting internal workflows in close cooperation with the respective colleagues in order to make processes transparent and continuously improve them
- In the future: Support with order entry and order processing (coordination with customers and production, maintenance and monitoring of orders in our system)
Your profile
- Knowledge of heating and sanitary
- Communication skills, ability to work in a team, and reliability
- Confident and competent manner, as well as a goal- and customer-oriented approach to work
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Dynamics BC is an advantage)
- Good English skills
