Customer service technician (m/f/d) heating/sanitary

We are looking for a reliable customer service technician (m/f/d) for heating/sanitary to start immediately or by agreement. You will independently carry out service, maintenance, and repair work and support our customers with your technical expertise directly on site.

Your responsibilities

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and sanitary systems
  • Performing customer service assignments on site (mainly in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland)
  • Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
  • Advising our customers on our products and technical solutions
  • Documenting the work performed

Your profile

  • Completed training as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) for heat/sanitary/air conditioning technology or comparable qualifications
  • Experience in customer service desirable
  • Technical understanding and service-oriented manner
  • Communication skills, ability to work in a team, and reliability
  • Confident and competent manner as well as a goal- and customer-oriented approach to work
  • Knowledge of MS Office desirable
  • Good English skills an advantage
  • Class B driver's license required
